- Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
- Custom orders may require additional production time during busy seasons or holidays.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Tamers Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping carrier delays
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
