At Tamers Jewelry, every piece is custom-made and handcrafted specifically for each customer. Because all nameplates are personalized and made to order, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or personal preference
- Customer spelling mistakes submitted during checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Normal handmade variations
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly make it right.
This includes situations such as:
- Misspelled names not matching the submitted order
- Incorrect font or style sent
- Manufacturing defects or craftsmanship issues
- Damaged items upon delivery
- Incorrect gold karat selection sent
If your order arrives with any of the issues listed above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A full refund
- A replacement/remake
- An exchange for the corrected item
Please note:
- Items must not be altered, resized, or repaired by a third party before contacting us.
- We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
